What is Forum’s Mission ?

The word Forum indicates that no one person is smarter than the collective intelligence of Humanity if tapped well.  Forum has been following that principle since its inception. It has researched the best and next practices of the top-performing organization in the world to develop its sales and people leadership consulting tools to help organizations seeking to be on top of their games.

They studied the knowledge, skills, and behavior patterns of the top-performing salespeople and leaders and trained and coached professionals to significantly scale up their performance.

Forum’s Evolution over the years (From 1971 till present)

Forum was founded in 1971. Five partners, several of whom had recently graduated from Harvard Business School, originally financed the startup with their American Express cards.[3] By 1982 it was ranked 362 on the Inc. 500 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America,[4] with 170 employees and 40 part-time instructors.[5] As clients moved the company began conducting operations overseas in the late 1970s.[6]

Forum then stepped up operations in major parts of the world and its legacy continued over the decades through ownership transfer and acquisitions.

In 2015, Forum acquired Kenexa Insight from IBM This offering was a research base built over 30 years of studying high performance. This acquisition was the foundation of the Talent Analytics and Assessment service within the organization.[13]

In the next few years, Forum was merged with Achieve Global to form Achieve Forum which was ultimately acquired by KornFerry just before the pandemic of 2020.

Forum India was established in 2008-09 and though the acquisitions and transfer of ownerships continued to spread the mission of Forum for its clients in India and the subcontinent.

Today it is rechristened as Forum Learning and operates as one of the most reliable partners for its 200+ clients globally by continually evolving and adding new services.
