Our Story
Forum’s Evolution over the years (From 1971 till present)
Forum Corporation eventually had change of ownership and turned to
AchieveForum, which was eventually acquired by Korn Ferry. Today
Forum India continued to work as a partner with Korn Ferry as well as
Independently as Forum Learning and Organizational Development.
Forum India learning solution private limited continues to carry the
mission of the founding member, John Humphrey to make it the best
place to learn and grow for our clients and our team.
Forum India was established in 2009 by Andre Alphonso, Cathy
Alphonso and Sumit Seth as its founding members.
Andre had already worked with Forum in Australia and New Zealand
as the MD of the region while Sumit had worked over a decade at
CXO roles including being the Country Head Sales for Mitsubishi
Motors and previously worked with DaimlerChrysler and Tata Group.
As a critical partner of Forum Corporation, Forum India worked with
Forum’s clients in India, SEA and APAC.
