Rafique is an experienced Consultant, Sales Practitioner, Business Consultant,
Coach and Master Trainer specializing in developing learning strategies for
organizations, building organization capability through driving sales
transformation initiatives across Asia Pacific.
Over the last 20 years, Rafique has worked with well-established IT
organizations in progressively senior sales and training positions with reputed
global corporations such as Nortel, Siemens, Dell and Lenovo



As a Sales Practitioner, Rafique has acquired specific expertise in areas of
Global Account Management, Strategic Customer Acquisition, Channel
Management and Sales Management. As a Regional Account Manager –
APAC he was part of the Global 500 Team in Dell, managing global accounts,
where he drove increased sales revenues, secured Global RFP’s, acquired
and signed global accounts as part of the G500 corporate program.
His experience in managing frontline sales helps him engage and relate to
challenges faced by sales makers in today’s ever increasing complex sales
As a master trainer he has delivered Strategic Account Management
programs. He was the first to conceive and implement the Strategic Account
Management practice in Dell India. As a part of the sales transformation
initiative at Dell, he delivered Strategic Training programs for the Dell sales
force across Asia with included participation from Hong Kong, Malaysia and
