Bidyut K. Acharya is a Coach, Trainer and Consultant experienced in developing learning strategies that drive organizational transformation. He designs and delivers customized training solutions based on contemporary organizational issues.
Over the years, Bidyut has consulted and trained senior executives from Indian and multinational companies across industry segments such as, Manufacturing, Power, Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), Oil & Gas, Telecom, InfoTech, Retail and even Officers from India’s Defence Services. His workshops simulate real life issues and are rated as highly participative.
Bidyut is a Coach and Trainer for close to fifteen years. He is backed up by two decades of senior management experience across India, South East Asia and USA in diverse domains from Manufacturing to modern day Retail. He was engaged with organizations that are simply best in class, such as Philips, L&T and Walmart Inc. (US Operations). Each of his employers have contributed immensely to his learning. He has to his credit award winning sales performances and other achievements in his career. Bidyut leverages this learning in training and consulting practices to help companies gain better productivity, reduced attrition and so on while enhancing customer revenues and retention. As Facilitator and Coach, he has trained stream of leaders and sales people from different verticals through the years.
Education and Certifications
He is a MBA (Marketing) from Washington State University, USA where he held an Assistantship. He has an engineering degree from India. Bidyut is a Visiting Faculty with Indian Institute of Management, Indore for Executive programs across their various campuses in India and abroad.
